I’m Loreley, a restaurant operations and hospitality consultant with more than 20 years in hospitality and 16 years of hands-on experience in Houston. Through The Loreley Method — The Art of Hospitality, I help owners build strong teams, clear systems, and a guest experience rooted in human connection.
Adapted from Loreley’s supplied biography · draft for review.
I studied hospitality and food and beverage operations at Universidad del Valle de México. My first restaurant-development project began with an idea and an empty space near the beach in Madero, Tamaulipas. It became part of my university thesis and the beginning of my career.
Houston
Learning from the inside out.
After moving to the United States, I spent 16 years gaining hands-on restaurant experience in Houston—from hostess, server, bartender, and food runner to operations and leadership. I learned every position because leading a team begins with understanding the people who make it run.
Patio 903
Building the restaurant experience.
I was invited to help develop Patio 903 Taquería + Beer Garden in Longview, Texas. I helped develop operations, train front-of-house teams and managers, establish service standards, create food and beverage concepts, and develop promotions, events, and sales strategies.
The Method
The Loreley Method.
Through years of experience, I developed my approach to restaurant training: The Loreley Method — The Art of Hospitality. It brings hospitality back to human connection—helping guests and employees feel seen, welcomed, understood, and cared for.
Today
Build the people. Build the restaurant.
Today, through Loreley Hospitality Consulting, I work with owners opening a new restaurant, rebuilding an existing operation, or ready to reach more of their potential. From concept and opening to hiring, training, service standards, sales, and leadership, I help build teams and systems that last beyond my work.
Milestones follow Loreley’s supplied biography. Patio 903: 2026–Present, from her résumé. Other milestone dates were not provided.
